  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Standard Shipping

  • Free on orders over $99.99

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
  • Rate: $24.99

Express Same-Day Delivery

  • Available in select locations only
  • Rate: $25.00
  • Orders must be placed before the applicable daily cut-off time to qualify for same-day delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been dispatched.

International Shipping

At this time, D&D Boutique ships to selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

D&D Boutique is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, D&D Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
